Lets Generate Bill for the due for renewal boxes and expired one.1. click on Bill history

This is the bill generation page, it is labelled Customer Bill History1. Type the customer name , just as you see in the image below2. click on the displayed name that you see ( what happen here is that the system will automatically sort out the name if a bill is ready for the customer

You can search for the bill using the box number as you se displayed in the image below. When using box number, please start with the postcode

Customers can also generate their own bills without coming to the post office, secondly when the management t Approve the online payment, they will also be able to pay their bills by themselves online.

For customers to print their bill, they should go to www.nipost.gov.ng and click on Post office Registration , when they are here, click on PAY LETTER BOX BILL and follow the instruction to print bills . See Arrow direction

Your bills interface1. click on Bill Payment Number to print out bill

This is your BillPrint and proceed to the counter for payment1. at the counter, follow the payment procedure through OTHER SERVICE , Choose annual Renewal fee for this type of bill.
