· Vegetables · Fruit · Bread Sticks · Crackers and

Cheese · Smoothies · Granola Bars

· Yogurt · Air Popped Popcorn · Bran Muffin · English Muffins · Bagel with Jam · Peanut Butter on

a small snack to hold you over until your next meal. It's OK to have an unhealthy
