I have the honor to apply for a mathematics teacher in your good and respected school. I would like to undertake such opportunity to further develop and hone the teaching skills I have acquired over the past years in studying and two-year teaching experience in La Salle Academy particularly in the Night High School Department.

I, Rachel Jean S. Dejarlo, am 22 years of age and am presently residing at Zone1 Purok Manuang Tubod, Iligan City.

I graduated at MSU – Iligan Institute of Technology last April 2009 with a Degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics. With my hard effort in studying, I received the honor of Cum Laude in the said institution.
