The Grand Student Council of Saint Columban College will hold the “Rock Valentine” on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the SCC Youth Development Center.

The organizers are concerned of the safety of the participants considering the time of the occasion and the current situation of Pagadian City. In this connection, we would like to request your office to deploy some personnel who could safeguard the people attending the said night’s event from 6:00 o’clock to 11:00 o’clock in the evening.
