To All Scheduled Domestic Airlines Subject: Display of airfare – Rule 135 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 reg.

This has reference to email of date enclosing Air Transport Circular 5 of 2009 on the above subject. All the scheduled domestic airlines have been advised to display the tariff in a manner as indicated in the said circular in compliance with Rule 135 of the Aircraft Rule, 1937 latest by 15th Aug., 2009.

In this regard, DGCA Circular No. 9/9/2009-IR dated 11th May, 2009 and 22nd June, 2009 and email dated 3rd July, 2009 also refers wherein all the scheduled airlines were advised to direct their Travel agents/portals to amend their websites in conformity with the subject rule. Since the responsibility of the travel agents/portals rests with the airlines, all the scheduled airlines are once again advised to ensure that display of tariff on the website of their respective travel agents/portals complies with the subject rule latest by 15th Aug., 2009.
