(I'm sure < -: :<- her cluelessness has nothing. to do with the fact that she is from Rock Hall. The town got enough federal bucks to outfit each and everyone 6f its police officers with a new flashlight. And if the government runs health care' with the same hyper efficien- cy .that it counts the popula- tion, I expeet that instead df the usual single inspection when required, it willprovide me with three colonoscopies.
