Client’s Requirement
The Client is the leading US Firm who specializes in supplying bulk quantity of Sugar to global buyers. They got
an offer to supply huge quantity of Sugar to the end buyers in Africa. To conclude this deal, the US firm
required Bank Comfort Letter to show their financial strength to purchase Sugar from the principal supplier in
Brazil.
Problem – The US Firm Required BCL MT799
The US firm had a requirement to purchase bulk quantity of Sugar from a Brazilian supplier to supply it to
their end buyers. The supplier agreed to export sugar as per the demand of the US trader, but they required
Bank Comfort Letter – BCL MT799 to verify whether the buyer has the enough funds to purchase the

fee charges. After the receipt of BCL draft approval, we requested our bank to notify the supplier by sending the
Letter of Comfort notification via authenticated Swift MT799.
Final Result: After receiving the Letter of Comfort Notification, the Supplier Affirmed that the
Buyer Have the Enough Cash Funds to Procure Huge Quantity of Sugar. And the Deal
Concluded Successfully.
