Dear Worten’s Director,

About 2 weeks ago I went to your establishment with great hope because I wanted to buy the Singstar Game for PS2. An employer of yours suggested me a promotion pack you had that included 2 games, the microphones and the USB adaptor. That pack was about the same price as the one that had only one game. So, since it was so rewarding I decided to go with the special pack. When I got home, I opened it and, to my surprise, only one game was there.

The next day I went to your shop to present my case and they said to me that it was an unusual situation and, since the missing game wasn’t in the store at that moment, they asked me to wait that in 2 days the game would arrive to the shop and they could fix the mistake.

I’m waiting for about 2 week and I don’t have neither the pack or the game. I’m hoping the game arrives to the shop soon or else I’ll present my case to DECO and demand my money back.
