The sole purpose of writing the letter to you is to request for your approval to lease the property located at 4351 N. Western for religious assembly. My name is Carmelo Laboy. I am currently a Pastor with Christian Fellowship Ministries. My wife and I were launched out of a Bible Conference hosted by The Door Christian Center in Chandler Arizona to pioneer a church in Chicago, Illinois. What a blessing to be in this wonderful city.
