It is with great pleasure that I am writing to recommend Emma Holland. I have known Emma for over a year, hiring her to work in various capacities as theatre technician and an actor and I couldn't be more thrilled with her performance as an employee.

Emma has quickly become a sought-after member of the teams I assemble for our productions. She has a strong work ethic, is pro-active with tasks and is able to use her time-management skills to plan calendars and schedules effectively. She has been successful in working on a team as well as leading projects for me.

Emma communicates well with team members and always represents the Broadway Rose in a professional manner. Whether she be answering a patron's question in the lobby, working with a Broadway Rose Guild Member or being introduced to a Board Member, Emma is always courteous and charming and leaves a positive lasting impression.

It is without question that Emma has a well-versed knowledge and interest in the Arts. It is because of her knowledge, experience and attitude that I have selected her to participate in fundraising and other events where I need someone with that extra "plus" that will make an event run smoothly and be successful.
