RE: Letter of Recommendation for Ashley Lowe To whom it may concern: I had the privilege of instructing online Ashley Lowe while she attended Ashford University. She was a student in ENG 318 Creative Writing in September and October of 2013. Ashley was an integral part of the class, often taking the lead in group discussions, as well as bringing her unique insight into the readings and writing assignments. Ashley jumped into the discussions with thoughtful comments on the readings as well as with timely and constructive criticism in her peer reviews. Her work was always turned in on time. Her thirst for knowledge is unquenchable. Ashley’s work was nearly impeccable when turned in for a grade and required little if any editing or further work. With each new assignment given, Ashley focused on her writing skills, taking my comments and suggestions and applying them to improve her work. To say that Ashley was a perfect student would be an understatement – she was continually pushing herself to be the best to keep building her own knowledge base. One of her first assignments in our class was a nonfiction essay. Ashley wrote about her mother, Gloria and her fight with MS. Her fiction work was a unique perspective from a dog about his owner, which I felt was ready to be published in her final form. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Lowe to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University. Sincerely,

RE: Letter of Recommendation for Ashley Lowe

To whom it may concern:

I had the privilege of instructing online Ashley Lowe while she attended Ashford University.

Sincerely,

Paula L. Porter, Ph.D.Associate FacultyAshford University
