As a customer of Tracy’s, I have proven to be demanding, high maintenance, and incredibly difficult at times. Tracy has become accustom to dealing with these characteristics in order to make sure the job gets done correctly. Tracy has always proven to be dependable, customer service oriented, and an expert at problem solving. It is a rare occasion for me to call SES and not be able to speak with Tracy. If for some odd reason I do have to leave a message, I know I will get a call back immediately. She is always in the office and readily available to cater to my needs. As I mentioned above, I know I am not the easiest customer. Tracy’s customer service skills are stellar. She always makes me feel as if I am the number one customer. Although the task may be difficult, Tracy always remains calm, collective, and most important, productive. Tracy genuinely cares about her customers and their well- being and satisfaction. She is always willing to take control of a situation and efficiently do whatever it takes to make it a success. Tracy Hensley would be an asset to any company. She will be greatly missed here at Control Services/Sentrixx. I envy the company that acquires her outstanding professionalism and positive personality.
