It is with great pleasure that I find myself writing this letter of recommendation for Lora Anderson. Lora has been a member of the Coding team at UCare since March of 2015. Lora came from a provider setting and made the transition to the payer environment easily. Having worked in both settings, Lora offers a unique and valuable skill set. Lora willingly accepts new assignments and offers to help wherever she can. She is attentive to tasks and works diligently to achieve the goals of the department. She is an extremely positive and dependable employee, and performs her work in a timely and conscientious manner. She handles pressure well, and consistently meets target dates for completion of projects.

 At a personal level, Lora is a well-disciplined, industrious team member with a friendly, pleasant personality. She learns quickly and has demonstrated professional growth since coming to UCare. Lora has had previous supervisory experience which is very evident in her mature demeanor and work ethic.

I value Lora as both a colleague and a friend and I am deeply disappointed that circumstances at UCare have impacted Lora’s employment. Her loss will be deeply felt.

Lora is unquestionably an exceptional candidate for a coding position and she would be an asset to any organization.
