Greetings of Peace!

The annual increase of enrolment and additional sections at Sampaga High School may result in the need of new teachers. Please consider my request for a transfer of station to the said school and carry my item number TCH3-150213-2003

I am IRENE M. YUTUC, a permanent teacher presently assigned at Masantol High School. I am a Filipino major. I am requesting for a transfer of station due to the following valid reasons to wit:

1. I am a resident of Block 24 of Northville 10 Sampaga, Apalit, Pampanga. I spend Php110.00 just for my transportation and 45 minutes travel time from my residence to my station. If I transferred to a nearer station, I can use my travel time for other worthwhile activities for my family and work.

2. I am a mother of four. My younger child is only 2 years old. If I will be transferred to a nearer station it will be the benefit of my family.

3. I will feel more fulfilled if I serve the youth of my community.

Your favorable attention to this request will redound to the benefit of both my work and my family.
