Attn: Director of BandsRe: Private Music Instruction for Students

Tuesday, August 27, 2013

Good morning!

My name is Brandyn Metzko, and I am a local woodwind instructor. I teach at my private homestudio in Lakewood, Ohio. As you undoubtedly have many new band students this year I wanted to take afew minutes to introduce myself and let you know that my studio is accepting new flute, clarinet andsaxophone students for private instruction this fall. While classroom music education is such a valuableasset in our schools, I’m sure you have seen that students who take private lessons are more dedicated to

the art, progress faster, and overall play better as they progress than students who do not take privatelessons.

I offer affordable rates ($25/hour or $15/half hour) and my home studio is easily accessible inLakewood. Please find my biography below, and don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions orto pass along my information to any students who may be interested.

Also, please keep me informed of your ensemble’s performance schedule this year, as I would love

to hear the great work that you and your students are doing in music making.

All the best,

Brandyn Metzko
