The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I have decided to take a six-month leave of absence effective May 12 th 2010 to work full-time on the ³Ron Johnson for U.S. Senate´ campaign. I will remain committed to UCS during the campaign as an active member of the UCS Foundation. Our Board of Trustees has nominated Mr. Rob Becker to serve as Interim President in my absence and he will assume the majority of my duties and responsibilities. Additionally, Mrs. Carol Joseph, President of our UCS Board of Trustees, has volunteered her time to assist Rob and UCS by working nearly full- time as the Executive Director of Development. I have given this venture a great deal of thought and prayer and have come to the conclusion that God is calling me to this. Ron and Jane Johnson have been great friends and stewards of UCS - we would not be where we are today without them. Regardless of your political affiliation, I ask that you pray for Ron, the entire campaign staff and me as we venture into this very important calling. Blessings, Tony Blando
