Dear Colleagues,

In light of the current political, socio-economic situation in Lebanon and health conditions around the world; ASCO GU Malignancies Summit will continue as per the set date and we will not give up. Your presence is vital to our continuity and we are here for the betterment of our valued patients.

I have the pleasure to introduce to you the 2nd “The Levant, Iraq and Near East Genitourinary Malignancies Summit” organized by ASCO Direct with the support of AlFaisal University and the Cancer Research Group. The meeting will take place at Le Bristol Hotel - Beirut, on March 06-07, 2020 and all our specialty colleagues and university fellows are welcome.

ASCO GU will include a full spectrum of leaders in oncology and oncology-related professionals and disciplines and features interactive scientific sessions as well as tackles various diagnostic and therapeutic advancements in cancer. It is an initiative to unite the diverse research and business communities working in this field under a one roof to explore every single aspect of Genitourinary Malignancies.

We aim to be the best platform for all the Oncologists, specifically Genitourinary Malignancy research scholars and students to exchange their knowledge in the field.

This event is an effort to understand the underlying biological procedures which are amended to increase effectiveness, precision, survivability and quality of life. It is truly meant to be a great forum to bring the international and local oncology communities together to advance the field.

I am convinced that the program will provide you with new information, better knowledge in genitourinary malignancies, and novel ideas on how to improve your research and results.

Moreover, it will be a stimulus to further harmonize our medical standards and to successfully compete with our neighboring disciplines.

We would like to thank as well the CME office - Faculty of Medicine - Saint Joseph University for granting the continuous medical education evaluation for this event.
