Level 2 spring road restrictions means: a) On all single steering axles of all vehicle configurations: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 65% of the legal axle weights on Class A1 and Class B1 highways. b) On a tandem steering axle of a straight truck: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire multiplied by 0.90 (download factor) up to a maximum of 8,840 kg on Class A1 highways and up to a maximum of 7,150 kg on Class B1 highways. c) On all other axle groups: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 65% of the legal axle weights on Class A1 and Class B1 highways. Zone No. 1 means the Province of Manitoba south of the line that includes PTH 77, going easterly to include PR 513 (Gypsumville) and the northern tip of Black Island, following the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg to the north shore of the Winnipeg River, easterly along the north shore of the Winnipeg River to PR 304, and easterly to the Ontario boundary. Zone No. 2 means the Province of Manitoba north of Zone No. 1 and south of the line that includes Sherridon Road (Sherridon), going easterly to include PR 393, Wabowden Access Road (Wabowden) and Sipiwesk Lake Access Road, and easterly to the Ontario border. La zone 2 correspond à la partie de la province du Manitoba située au nord de la zone 1 et au sud de la ligne de démarcation qui comprend la route Sherridon (Sherridon), continue vers l'est pour inclure la RPS nº 393, la route d'accès à Wabowden (Wabowden) et la route d'accès à Sipiwesk Lake, et de là vers l'est jusqu'à la frontière de l'Ontario. La zone 3 correspond à la partie de la province située au nord de la zone 2. Les restrictions de niveau 1 se définissent comme suit. a) Pour un essieu directeur simple d'un véhicule tracteur à essieu simple ou à essieux directeurs tandem : - 10 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 5 500 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; b) pour un essieu directeur simple d'un camion porteur ou d'un véhicule tracteur équipé d'un essieu tridem moteur : - pour des pneus de 305 mm ou moins, 10 kg par millimètre de largeur de pnew, jusqu'à un maximum de 5 500 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; - pour des pneus de plus de 305 mm, 9 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 6 570 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; c) pour un groupe d'essieux directeurs tandem d'un camion porteur : - 9 kg par millimètre de pneu, multiplié par 0,90 (facteur de réduction de charge), jusqu'à un maximum de 12 240 kg sur les parcours ARTC et les routes de catégorie A1, et jusqu'à maximum de 9 900 kg sur les routes de catégorie B1; d) Pour tout autre groupe d'essieux : - 9 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 90 % du poids autorisé pour le groupe d'essieux, et ce sur toutes les routes. Les restrictions de niveau 2 se définissent comme suit. a) Pour tous les essieux directeurs simples de n'importe quelle configuration de véhicule : - 6,5 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 65 % du poids autorisé pour l'essieu, et ce sur les routes de catégories A1 et B1; b) pour un essier d'un groupe d'essieux directeurs tandem d'un camion porteur : - 6,5 kg par millimètre de pneu, multplié par 0,90 (facteur de réduction de charge), jusqu'à un maximum de 8 840 kg sur les routes de catégorie A1, et jusqu'à maximum de 7 150 kg sur les routes de catégorie B1; c) pour tout autre groupe d'essieux : - 6,5 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 65 % du poids autorisé pour l'essieu, et ce sur les routes de catégories A1 et B1. Level 1 spring road restrictions means: a) On a single steering axle of a single or tandem drive truck tractor: - 10 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 5,500 kg on all highways. b) On a single steering axle of a straight truck or a tridem drive truck tractor: - Tire size 305 mm or less: 10 kg per millimeter width of tire up to a maximum of 5,500 kg on all highways. - Tire size greater than 305 mm: 9 kg per millimeter width of tire up to a maximum of 6,570 kg on all highways. c) On a tandem steering axle group of a straight truck: - 9 kg per mm width of tire multiplied by 0.90 (download factor) up to a maximum of 12,240 kg on RTAC Routes or Class A1 highways and up to a maximum of 9,900 kg on Class B1 highways. d) On all other axle groups: - 9 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 90% of the legal axle group weights on all highways.

Level 2 spring road restrictions means: a) On all single steering axles of all vehicle configurations: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 65% of the legal axle weights on Class A1 and Class B1 highways. b) On a tandem steering axle of a straight truck: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire multiplied by 0.90 (download factor) up to a maximum of 8,840 kg on Class A1 highways and up to a maximum of 7,150 kg on Class B1 highways. c) On all other axle groups: - 6.5 kg per millimetre width of tire up to a maximum of 65% of the legal axle weights on Class A1 and Class B1 highways.

Zone No. 1means the Province of Manitoba south of the line that includes PTH 77, goingeasterly to include PR 513 (Gypsumville) and the northern tip of Black Island,following the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg to the north shore of the WinnipegRiver, easterly along the north shore of the Winnipeg River to PR 304, andeasterly to the Ontario boundary.

Zone No. 2means the Province of Manitoba north of Zone No. 1 and south of the line thatincludes Sherridon Road (Sherridon), going easterly to include PR 393,Wabowden Access Road (Wabowden) and Sipiwesk Lake Access Road, andeasterly to the Ontario border.

Zone No. 3means the Province of Manitoba north of Zone No. 2

La zone 1 correspond à la partie de la province du Manitoba située au sud de laligne de démarcation qui comprend la RPGC nº 77, continue vers l'est pourinclure la RPS nº 513 (Gypsumville) et la partie nord de I'île Black, et s'étend lelong de la rive est du lac Winnipeg jusqu'à la rive nord de la rivière Winnipeg,puis vers l'est le long de la rive nord de la rivière Winnipeg jusqu'à la RPS nº304, et de là vers l'est jusqu'à la frontière de l'Ontario.

La zone 2 correspond à la partie de la province du Manitoba située au nord dela zone 1 et au sud de la ligne de démarcation qui comprend la route Sherridon(Sherridon), continue vers l'est pour inclure la RPS nº 393, la route d'accès àWabowden (Wabowden) et la route d'accès à Sipiwesk Lake, et de là vers l'estjusqu'à la frontière de l'Ontario.

La zone 3 correspond à la partie de la province située au nord de la zone 2.

Les restrictions de niveau 1 se définissent comme suit. a) Pour un essieu directeur simple d'un véhicule tracteur à essieu simple ou à essieux directeurs tandem : - 10 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 5 500 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; b) pour un essieu directeur simple d'un camion porteur ou d'un véhicule tracteur équipé d'un essieu tridem moteur : - pour des pneus de 305 mm ou moins, 10 kg par millimètre de largeur de pnew, jusqu'à un maximum de 5 500 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; - pour des pneus de plus de 305 mm, 9 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 6 570 kg, et ce sur toutes les routes; c) pour un groupe d'essieux directeurs tandem d'un camion porteur : - 9 kg par millimètre de pneu, multiplié par 0,90 (facteur de réduction de charge), jusqu'à un maximum de 12 240 kg sur les parcours ARTC et les routes de catégorie A1, et jusqu'à maximum de 9 900 kg sur les routes de catégorie B1; d) Pour tout autre groupe d'essieux : - 9 kg par millimètre de largeur de pneu, jusqu'à un maximum de 90 % du poids autorisé pour le groupe d'essieux, et ce sur toutes les routes.
