Location - IbizaThe ‘Yoga Lifestyle Ibiza’ house is located in the heart of Ibiza, surrounded by beautiful na-ture and not far from some of the nicest vil- lages. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we need to provide a comfor- table, warm and peaceful space for our work and time together. Outside, in the orchard we have a yurt for our yoga practice. On sunny days we can enjoy outdoor yoga at the yoga platform. The house offers several accom- modation options: Single room, double room, shared room, luxury atelier.

FoodThe meals are delicious, healthy and vegeta-rian. Prepared with care, primarily using local ingredients from Ibiza, Spain and our own vegetable garden.

MaterialLevel 2 Materials include DVD’s and Manu-als. You will receive the material during the training week and is included in the training fee.

CertificationThe complete Level 2 training is made of 5 modules that are each a 6 days journey into a different theme. Each module stands as a complete unit in itself. You may attend any number of modules, in any order you wish to. However only completion of all 5 modules will give you the International Level 2 certification.

The training Level 1 - FoundationOn the level 1 course you have laid the foun-dation: the fundamental principles and prac-tices of Kundalini Yoga, The awakening to the reality of yourself as a spiritual being having a human experience. You have started your journey as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.

Level 2 - Personal TransformationThe Level 2 courses are about your personal transformation. The focus is on the expan-sion and deepening of the Teacher’s state of consciousness. Taking all that you have lear-ned before and polishing it. It is about your own healing, through clearing inner conflicts, being aware of your shadow, breaking the mask, healing the wounds of love, mapping and changing your habits, and releasing men-tal and emotional blocks. So you can allow the infinite to serve through you.

These courses include a lot of new Kriyas and Meditations, new theory, deep personal work, group process and interactive discussions to allow a transformation of perspective, beha-vior, and speech. Support and GuidanceThis training involves a deep transformational process. You will receive the guidance of the trainers and the support of the team. Together with the group energy, it will allow an authen-tic learning experience to occur.

The first and last day of each module are travel days. We start on the arrival date at 18:30h and finish the evening before departure day.

1. Registration1.1 Online registrationStudents can register by completing the online registration form. The agreement between the student and Yoga Lifestyle Ibiza (YLI) includes the online registration form, the study brochure and the included study conditions. Through online registration the student agrees with its contents.

1.2. depositThe registration is only valid after a deposit of 345 euro or full payment per bank.

1.3 Introductory meetingFor more information about the training the student can request a Skype introductory meeting. During this meeting the student can ask questions and learn more about the training. This will help to serve the student needs before the training starts.

1.4 WelcomeThe student will receive by email a confirmation and further details about the week / module:

• Confirmation of registration.• Information about the location, route description and

other practical information. Before the week / module, the student will also receive a contact list of all enrolled students. This can be used to arrange transportation, and for later correspondence.

• Student contact list.

1.5 Time for reflectionAfter registration, the student has a reflection time of 14 days. If the student decides not to do the training within this time, the contract shall be dissolved and the paid training fee reimbursed.

2.2 Payment optionsOn the application form the student can choose from several payment options:

• Early payment and payment in terms:For full payment before the specified dates, the student pays the lowest fee. The full fee has to be paid at the latest 10 days before the training module.

• Payment in installments: Both the deposit of 345 Euros for registration and the first term of 500 Euros, have to be paid in full at the latest 10 days before to the training module. The other two terms of 250 Euros have to be paid in full latest in the 2 months after the training module.

2.3 BillingThe student receives an invoice for the total training costs. 2.4 Administrative questionsFor administrative questions, the student can contact the student contact person present during the training or the study coordinator. [See 13 Contact list].

3. Study materials3.1 OrderThe study materials will be provided by YLI and given to you during the training week. Study materials are included in the training fee.

4.1 Certificate The complete Level 2 training is made of 5 modules that are each a 6 days journey into a different theme. Each module stands as a complete unit in itself. You may attend any number of modules, in any order you wish to. However only completion of all 5 modules will give you the International Level 2 certification.

4.2 ConditionsLevel 1 certification is a pre-requisite for participation. Students must fulfill the following criteria to successfully complete the training and receive certification:

Fee: Full payment of all fees.

Attendance: Students must attend 100% / all hours of the program. Absence may result in a student having to complete the course by attendance at a future Teacher Training week / module.

Hours: • The course will be at least 90hrs.• 50 hrs classroom instruction• 12hrs of home study [see study material]

Reading: The Level 2 course manual.

Examination and course assignment:• Home exam with multiple choice. The passing grade is

75% or higher.• The home exam has to be submitted by email latest 90

days after each module / week. For submitting later then 90 days after the module / week YL charges 100 Euros exam fee. If the student does not pass the exam, the student will be asked to redo the questions that were not correctly answered and submit the re-exam within 40 days. If the redo exam is not submit within 40 days the student will fail the exam and not receive the certificate of attendance.

4.3 Evaluation of the student:• The final evaluation of the student for completion of the

training will be based on completion of the above criteria as well as the general evaluation of:

• The student’s involvement with the training [including presentations, discussion, group interaction]

• Their general grasp of the practical material• Commitment to the “3HO Code of Professional Standards

for Kundalini Yoga Teachers”.• Satisfactory completion of the home exam [see 4.2

Examination and course assignment] • Group evaluation by the tutors.

4.4 Evaluation of tutors: The student is required to complete a brief confidential evaluation form for each of the KRI tutors on the course. These will be submitted to the head office of KRI.

4.5 Retake: A student who fails the first exam may retake and receive extra training at return student fee.

4.6 Questions and advice:The student has the right to ask for free advice regarding the study. During the training days advice can be sought at any time from the student contact person or teachers present.

4.7 Monitoring:Examinations are stored and supervised by KRI. KRI can perform a random check up. If the student disagrees with the outcome of the exam, the student can request KRI to re-evaluate. This result is binding.

5.1 Care and medical adviceWe invite the student to practicing yoga with enthusiasm. However, we recommend careful consideration to the implementation of the exercises during the training offered. If the student doubts whether yoga is recommended for certain injuries or conditions, we suggest them to consult a doctor or therapist. The instructions and guidance from the training provided are not intended to replace professional medical and psychological care. There are certain restrictions on the practice of yoga for pregnant and menstruating women. As a student, you're supposed to be aware of these restrictions. The student can find information about this in the study materials or can be informed by the teacher.

5.2 Liability Registration means that the student agrees to assume full responsibility and release all others from any liability for any injury or damage to persons or property directly or indirectly the result of the training. Organizers, teachers and staff are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property.

6.1 DepositThe deposit of 345 euro for registration is non-refundable.

6.2 ForeclosureIf the student is temporarily unable to follow the training days, the training or payments for the training will not stop. Not attending training days needs to be reported at the latest 10 days before the training week. Together with the teacher we can examine how and if the missed material can be made up. Missed days can be attended in the next training when the module is offered. For these training day the student pays a return student fee. There is no refund of tuition for missed days possible.

6.3 TerminationIf the student wants to stop the training without the inten-tion of finishing the training, the training week can be ter-minated prematurely. Denunciation shall be effected by a registered letter to be received at the latest 10 days before the start of the training module / week. The student is en-titled to 50% refund for the remaining days of the training module / week. At termination, the student will be charged 150 euro for additional organisational and administration costs.

6.4 Special casesIn special cases where the student terminates the course early, such as when there is an inability situation, YLI will see what agreement for both parties is a fair solution. 6.5 Termination of agreementThe mutual rights and obligations arising from the agree-ment end once the agreement is terminated and the fee is paid.

7. Late payments7.1 Late paymentsIf payments are over 8 days late, the student will be ad-dressed and the amount can be increased with an admi-nistration fee. With a late payment of two months or more YLI is entitled to terminate the student’s participation in the training, until payments have been done in full. Obligation for payment of the full training fee remains.

7.2 collectionIf a collection agency needs to be hired to recover the tuition, the money owed will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of 35 euro - collection fee. After payment of the debt, the training agreement can be restarted.

7.3 Debtors administrationThe debtors administration will be executed by the YLI ac-countant:Le Bourdon B.V.Cees de Hommel

YLI does everything in its power to avoid errors in brochu-res, ads and lessons. YLI cannot accept liability for any errors. The copyright of all training materials produced by YLI belongs to YLI. It is not permitted to copy or use training materials, promotional materials, website text, il-lustrations, photo materials, brochures, study conditions, etc. for any other purposes than use within this training without prior consent.

9. Moving training datesYLI has the right to change any training dates. In case of insufficient registrations YLI maintains the right to cancel or postpone the training. Upon agreement the paid course fees can be refunded to the student. Students will be informed in time.

10. Privacy policyThe student provides personal information. YLI uses this data to keep students informed about the training and relevant offers from YLI. The student can object in written form. Our privacy policy can be found at our website: www.yogalifestyle.es.

11. Complaints and disputesYLI is committed to provide the best possible training and support. If a student has a complaint, an email can be sent to the customer service of YLI. The email address is: info@yogalifestyle.es. All complaints and disputes are registered and supervised. If YLI and the student do not come to an agreement, a complaint can be filed to the Complaints Committee of KRI. The outcome of KRI is binding on both parties. The student will receive a response within 2 weeks. Within 4 weeks the complaint will be handled. If the

complaint cannot be handled within 4 weeks, the student will receive a proposal and term. The complaint will always be treated confidentially. The complaints and the manner of handling are registered for a minimum of 1 year.

12. Feedback and suggestionsYLI encourages the student to give feedback, share ideas and suggestions. The input of the student will be deployed to improve the method and curriculum, and as much as possible aligned with the wishes of the student. The first alignment already takes place during the introductory meeting.
