Applying rule of thirds, you will be drawn to the fingers in the centre of the image, then to the left vertical line where the pay phone is, then to the bottom right where the logo is. Fast shutter speed is used because there is no blur on the fingers. The image is deliberately made to look unhygienic and filthy.
