This qualification is great for managers and leaders in the Health and Social Care sector. Individuals that manage or who are in charge of a team can benefit from this course massively, caters for all types of care.
You need a minimum of 90 credits for the diploma, Learners must achieve 64 credits from the mandatory units. Then a further 26 credits from optional units.
The three pathways for this diploma are adult’s residential management, adult’s management & advanced practice.
