Rapport Building Exercise 20 minutes

1. Find a partner you don’t know too well

2. Remember to manage your listening environment

3. Spend five minutes each talking about the following topic: “My favourite holiday”

4. Whilst you listen focus on your rapport building: the mirroring of posture, body language, breathing and voice tone.

You could use any spare time to talk about your experience of the exercise.
