Positive Affirmations

1. Adam and John hand out one card each2. Write your name on the envelope3. Then pass your card and it’s envelope to the

person on your right4. When you get a card with the name of someone

else on the envelope write a sentence containing a positive affirmation

5. After several hours you will receive the card belonging to the person on your right. Add your positive affirmation and place the card in the envelope

6. Then hand the card to the person on your right.7. You can open your card whenever you choose
