When i look at my Resource Usage Profile graph, i see whitin the max. units i have set, a red part on top off the green part.Green are remaining Early Units.Red are the Overallocated Early units.Dont understand this last one...What does it mean, where do they com from ??If you have a parallel activities using same resource and your max unit/time is only 8 (for example) and both activities using 8hrs/day per resource then 8hrs will be over allocated. You can level your resource but it might push your activities. Another way is to increase your max unit/day to max resources that your going to use per day.

Another cause is if max unit/day =8 and duration is =5days but resource is 50 unit then it equals to 10hrs/day. Resource profile will show 2hrs/day over allocated.
