At Lafarge, we listen to your specific needs and requirements and develop the best possible solutions to address them. That is why we have developed a full range of subfloor systems for all of your flooring projects.

Agilia™ Screed A can be placed over insulation panels, tile, carpet, wood, vinyl and concrete or precast floors and used in applications for subfloor leveling, acoustic noise control and under-floor heating. It can be placed in unbonded or floating floor and bonded systems.

Lafarge and other flooring industry experts know how important it is to work in mutually-beneficial partnerships. Our free-flowing topping, Agilia™ Screed A, is installed exclusively by our authorized flooring contractors, so your job site remains clear of finger pointing and your future building free from call backs.

Floors are just one part of a project, with multiple parts and pieces that need to be coordinated in a way that makes sense, before moving on to the next stage of construction. Contractors know the risk of having floors not done right the first time and the effect this could have on the rest of the schedule. And with all of the modern building practices and finishes available today, a level floor is a must.

YOUR NEEDS, YOUR SOLUTIONS

NO MORE FINGER POINTING

TAKING THE GUESS WORK OUT OF FLOORSThat is where our approach comes from: if we can take the guess work out of building floors by simply talking to the other trades involved, why wouldn’t we? We aren’t just the floor screed material supplier. We are a full system flooring solution provider.

The self-consolidating and fluid properties of Agilia™ Screed A, work with the contractor instead of against it. Ensuring the floor is installed to the levelness required by some of the latest flooring trends, and demand the strictest tolerances for level and flatness.

And did we mention they are certified too ?

Our flooring solutions have been researched thoroughly, just like any other floor screed. Developed at a global level and then further tested locally, there are years of R&D that stand behind Agilia™ Screed A and plenty more years of installed successful projects in your local market.

Our solutions have been tested and certified to meet and exceed the requirements for subfloor leveling in Canada. From environmental certifications to Fire code requirements, Agilia™ Screed A will meet the standards for your project. For details, refer to our Technical Data Sheet on: www.lafargeflooringsolutions.com

Lafarge’s complete, floating floor system offers a consistently level surface that meets or exceeds specification, and prevents cracking. Only Authorized Contractors may apply our free-flowing, self-leveling Agilia™ Screed A, so your job site remains clear of finger pointing.

Construction joints and other structural reinforcements are dramatically reduced and depending on the floor layout, not needed at all on projects under 10,000 square feet.

Agilia™ Screed A is batched and mixed off site under strict quality controlled conditions at our Ready Mix operation. Tested in a lab environment before it leaves our facility, and once again at the jobsite. Screed arrives in a ready-mix truck ready-to-use, resulting in a safe and mess-free application.

Achieving flat subfloors doesn’t have to come at the expense of speed. To the contrary, fast is the only way to apply ready-mix Agilia™ Screed A. In fact, our contractors have been able to place 40,000 square feet in one day!
