LHS Indoor Track
Pre-‐Season W/O
-‐ Warm Up Run – 1M – School Loop or 2X Upper Field Loop. -‐ Dynamic W/U Drills. -‐ Training Run (Conversational Pace):
o No Fall Sport: 20 min run/walk (run 3 min./walk 3 min.) o Did Fall Sport: 30 min run. o Did XC -‐ 30 – 45 min. run.
-‐ Full Hip Mobility Circuit -‐ Mon./Wed./Fri. S&C – 4 Sets:
o 15 – 20 x pushups o 30x Sit Ups o 30 x Back Hypers o 30 x Air Squats o 60s x regular OR side Planks (30s each side)
-‐ Tue./Thur. S&C – 4 Sets on 100M Course: o 25m lunges alternating o 15 x pushups o 25m lunges alternating o 25 x situps o 25m lunges alternating o 25 x back hypers o 25m lunges alternating o walk back 100m and repeat
-‐ Any time left over -‐ Core of your choice -‐ Stretch
