A letter received from Husky Oil Operations Ltd. (Husky) on October 25,2OI9 confirmed agreement with the ExxonMobil responses. The Agency has completed the review of ExxonMobil's and Husky's responses and determined that the information is sufficient to continue with the preparation of the draft EA Report. As per the information provided, the Agency confirms that the project name will be changed to the Jeanne D'Arc Basin Exploration Drilling Project, and that the Canadian lmpact Assessment Registry will be updated to reflect this change. On October 30,20L9, the lmpact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) receivedExxonMobil Canada's Ltd (ExxonMobil) response to information requirements related to theinclusion of ExxonMobil in the environmental assessment (EA) of the Husky Energy ExplorationDrilling Project issued by the Agency on October 15,2Ot9.
