Proven Customer Service SkillsIn all of my previous employment I have been required to possess exception customer service skills and to deal with the public in a community based environment. When working for Telstra in Sunbury I had a loyal customer base throughout the community who asked for me specifically to deal with them to provide advice and advise products to suit their individual needs. My extensive volunteer work also required me to interact with a variety of individuals in different communities and cultures and taught me to think quickly on my feet and allowed me to further develop my communication skills.
I have also worked in hospitality and retail positions which have required me to interact and form relationships with a community customer base. I have a proven track record of exceeding set KPIs and establishing long term customers.
AvailabilityI have recently completed my bachelor degree and now have full availability during the week to dedicate to work.
