Welcome to the Life Matters business opportunity. There are two simple opportunities associated with becoming a Life Matters Brand Rep:

Life Matters is the home of minimal hype … preferably none. We do not condone sales pressure to buy our products or join our business. There are no income promises or special deals here. If you and your team sell X amount of product, you will earn X amount of income.

Our philosophy is to educate people on our 10 Day Reset Program and on Asset Income from Network Marketing … and allow you to choose what is in your best interest right now. That is not to say we are not enthusiastic about our unique wealth building model.

Customer Bonuses PAIDMONTHLY

This bonus kicks in when you enroll Retail and/or Preferred Customers, and there’s no limit to how many Customers you can have or how many you are earning on.

5% of the Bonus Volume (BV)1 sales on your first four Retail and/or Preferred Customers, ranked by sales, each month

30% of the Bonus Volume (BV)1 sales from your fifth Retail and/or Preferred Customer on, ranked by sales, each month

If you had 10 Customers, then you would earn 5% on your �rst 4 and 30% bonus on 6 of them after they are ranked by sales. Below is an example of what you’d earn:

When you share just how amazing our products have made you feel with others, and they become your Customer because they want to feel great too, you can start earning profit on your sales right away.

Earn up to 28% on product you sell at the suggested retail price to your Customers. Retail Pro�t is the difference between the suggested retail and the wholesale price.

Sell product at the suggested retail pricing and keep the difference between that and your wholesale cost

HOW TO QUALIFY

First - You can sell Life Matters products to anyone directly and keep the pro�t. You can choose your own Retail Pricing or use Life Matters suggested Retail Price. Brand Reps are responsible for collecting sales tax and other necessary documents.

Second - You may direct anyone to set up a Customer Account under your business. The company will process their order, collect payment and ship the products. You will receive the difference between the Life Matters suggested Retail Price and the Wholesale Price, as long as you are Active with Life Matters.

Terms and Definitions

The dollar amount of all purchases placed by an individual Brand Rep. It DOES NOT include support materials, enrollment fees, website fees, renewal fees, conference fees, or sales from Customers. Includes $100 from your personally purchased Business in a Box.

Individual Sales

The point value assigned to Life Shotz, VIBE, Mind and Motion on which Commissions are paid.

Bonus Volume (BV)

Advanced reports, self-replicating Brand Rep website, lead pages and other cool marketing tools.

Advanced Team Office

A monthly authorized order automatically processed and sent to you on a speci�c day of the month.

Auto Order

A Brand Rep who DOES NOT maintain a $100 Auto Order or $185 Individual Sales within the calendar month. Customer sales DO NOT count toward your Active requirements.

Inactive

A Brand Rep who maintains a $100 Auto Order or $185 Individual Sales within the calendar month. Customer Sales DO NOT count toward your Active requirements.

Active

An independent representative of Life Matters who agrees to use and promote the sales of Life Matters products in accordance with the company’s Policies and Procedures. They can purchase product at wholesale price and have the opportunity to sign up others and earn commissions on their sales. Enrolling Brand Reps can help you advance in rank, and earn bonuses and Asset-Building Income.

Brand Rep

The Business in a Box sets you up for success and helps you focus on what really matters: growing your business quickly and maximizing your pro�t in your �rst three months. Includes (20) 2 Day Intro Packs for introducing your �rst 20 prospects to the product.

Business in a Box

Your team is made of levels. Sales on each level are calculated based on who is Active in the speci�c month. Inactive Brand Reps DO NOT “take up” a level. Those who are Active move up to �ll those levels for that particular month.

Unilevel Dynamic Compression

Sales including Business in a Boxes of all Brand Reps and Customers (including Preferred) at all levels in your group.

Total Sales

First - You can sell Life Matters products to anyone directly and keep the pro�t. Many Brand Reps carry a small inventory of products for their direct Customers. Life Matters has suggested Retail Pricing on each product. Brand Reps may also choose to set their own pricing. Brand Reps are responsible for collecting sales tax and other necessary record-keeping measures.

Second - You may direct anyone to set up a Customer Account under your business. They can purchase directly from Life Matters and the company will process the order, collect payments and ship the products. You will receive the difference between the Life Matters suggested Retail Price and the Wholesale Price.

Retail Customer

Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Order every month. They pay wholesale price as long as they maintain their Auto Order.

Preferred Customer

Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Order every month. They pay wholesale price as long as they maintain their Auto Order.

Preferred Customer

Includes your personal purchases plus the purchases of your personally sponsored Customers.

Personal Sales
