Basically this is a medical focused packaging industry where the nature of the company is private Ltd. An employee of the company informed us that there are seven board members in their company with a chairman and they follow one tier system. When we asked why they did not follow the two tier system then employee answered that the company has no high level Director or Low level Director and no supervisor so they follow the one tier system. Where, The Company has a Chairman, Managing Directors and Directors. Though it follows one tier system but it has no Executive Directors (ED) and no number of Independent Non-Executive directors (INED) but has five members of non-executive director (NED). However the total gender diversity of the board is seven where the ratio of male member is six and female member is one. And last but not the least there is a chairman whose name is Shafiq Ahmed Chowdhury and he is recruited by the company policy and would be changed after five years by the rotation process of the company.
