Yesterday there was a lady that came into the shopand she was in terrible pain

with her foot. It seems she had an accident wherea pound of those gigantic hotdogs (frozen) fromSam's dropped on her foot. She'd had surgery,plates and screws in her foot and nothing hadhelped. She'd gotten an MRI and the Dr. had toldher that her foot looked perfectly fine. Well shecertainly wasn't imagining the pain she wasexperiencing in her foot, and quite honestly it wasobvious she was in pain.

I'd never seen this woman before, but I felt theneed to help her. I asked her if she mindedsitting in one of the comfy chairs and takingher shoe off so I could see her foot. I grabbedmy oils and went to sit next to her.

Someone asked how I started my morning and I'd like to share with you what I do.

I have an old blender that is great at making smoothies and I love tropical smoothies!

Fresh pineapple and some frozen mango, papaya and pineapple in the blender. Then Iadd a little Agave, two scoops of Power Meal and #AlmondMilk (unsweetened). Mix it alltogether and you have a great meal that is low in calories.
