In 2012 we did have quite a lot incidents compared to the years before
A short analyze on these incidents
Till 2012 SSM executed 3 inspection projects on lifting operations
Between 2004 and 2006 was a step change due to the implementation of the Technical Crane certification system and improvement on training Between 2006 and 2011 no new step was made……
