Grid Your Foam CoreUsing a ruler and pencil, grid the foam core into 10 squares

Cut a Zig-ZagUsing your razor blade, cut the foam core into two pieces along the zig-zag

Score Along the LinesUse your razor blade to cut part-way on the remaining lines, scoring the foam core but not cutting all the way through.

Fold the Foam Core Fold the foam core along the scored edges.

Tape the HingesPlace a piece of duct tape over each of the scored hinges.

Add VelcroRemove backing from and place a small piece of Velcro on each side towards the top of the box.

Connect with Other Half of VelcroUse a longer piece of the matching Velcro to latch the two sides of the box together. Do NOT remove the backing.

Add Clip-LightThe one below is from the local dollar store, and they work fine for classroom use. Higher quality book lights are also available from various retailers.

Add ObjectsThe white buckets were also found at the local dollar store. Ping pong balls can be purchased in bulk cheaply.
