(DPF01+DPF01-A)
Before its implementation, a protection against lightning system must be the object of an in-depth study.
The information requested in this form will enable us to answer you at your earliest convenience and to propose you a quoted study matching your expectations, while meeting these standards.
By calling on LPS France, you are certain that this study will be carried out according to the standards the references of which follow :
- NF - C 17100- NF - C 17102- IEC 62305- UTE 15 – 443
For an optimal security and the preservation of your warranties, this system must also be installed and its follow-up ensured in accordance with the already mentioned standards as well as the manufacturer's instructions.
In the interest of the preservation of your security and your warranties, it is highly recommanded to have the installation, the checkings and maintenance of your system done by a LPS France licensed company.
Therefore, please take the time to fill it at best. Do not hesitate to enclose all types of documents, sketches or plans that would enable us to detail your request.
(1) : The title and reference of the project are assigned at the time of creation of the herein study and risk assessment file and must be mentioned in the layout and carrying out files, as well as in all the follow-up documents of the Outside Protection against Lightning (O.P.L.I.) of the site.
(3) : Rewrite the references of the different buildings and structures on the plan on the following page, in order to be able to locate them relative to each other.
(4) : Examples of purposes : workshop, office, equipment room, locker-room, etc...
(5) : These documents allow the carried out study to be more precise. Whatever the enclosed documents, draw the plan of the site remains essential.
(2) : The DPF01 form concerns the site in general, each building and structure shall be the objet of a detailed DPF01-A form.
(6) : The plan must imperatively include the following elements :- The représentation of each building/structure respecting their location relative to each other, the reference of each building/structure assigned on page 1 must be rewritten on them.- The separation distance between each building/structure,- The network paths (gas, water, electricity, phone, etc...)
(7) : Examples : elevator shaft, trap door, etc...
(8) : Examples : T.V., Radio, beep, etc...
(9) : Example : zinc gutter, etc...
(10) : Examples : electrical grounding, vat, etc...
(11) : Examples : buried, column, etc...
