ALL THE CABLES WE PRODUCEARE LEAD FREE ( NON – TOXIC )THEREFORE ADDING A STEP TOGENERATE GREEN ENERGY WITHHIGHEST EFFICIENCY TOSAVE THE WORLD.

Imagine life without cables…. Impossible! Even in imagination. The reality is, cables are an integraland inseparable constituent of human life. Think of lights, machines, production activities, water needs, household devices etc all needs cables. Cables have been a core necessity for life in the present world. We live in the eco system in which lives are connected with cables and therefore it is very important to havehighest quality for safer living and highest efficiency cables for smarter living, which adds our role to be a part in building green environment.

In this view, we have stepped in with enhanced cable quality with its design and ultra modern manufacturingcapacities. Not only better but the best is what we offer to our esteemed customers at BEDIYA WIRES AND CABLES (MAURITIUS) LIMITED, throughout the wide range of products we manufacture.

ROBUST is the design of our cables that ensure the long life, utmost safety and unrelenting service of

flowing the electrical energy through it.

RICH are our raw materials, which make the core of BEDIYA WIRES AND CABLES starting from the

WELDING CABLEAPPLICATION : The insulated flexible cables are used to connect welding machines.

CONDUCTOR : Thin strands of electrolytic copper having highest purity, least resistance are multi drawn for uniformity in dimension and flexibility.

INSULATION : Specially formulated grade of Lead Free PVC compound is used for insulation.Options for Insulation :• FR PVC• FRLSH PVC

flexibility subjected to light, ozone, oxygen, inert gas, oil and it is also resistant to the effects of cold, heat andfire. Suitable for use in open air, in dry as well as dampinteriors. The high degree of flexibility does not formknots on the cable which could lead to internal break of conductors.

MARKING : The cables are marked as 'BEDIYA'.

BENEFITS : The cable is constructed to get highest

APPLICATION : These PVC Control cables for energysupply are installed outdoors, in water, cable ducts, power stations, electric motors, D.C. power transformer, battery cables, in distribution boards and in subscribernetworks, where mechanical damages are not to beexpected. They are largely used in fixed wiring, underground wiring as well as industrial control wiring.

CONDUCTOR : Thin strands of electrolytic copperhaving highest purity, least resistance are multidrawn for uniformity in dimension and flexibility.

INSULATION : PVC insulation.Insulation thickness 0.8 mm.

Inner Sheath : PVC / PVC tape.

Outer Sheath : Specially formulated grade of LeadFree PVC compound is used for insulation.Options for Insulation :• FR PVC• FRLSH PVC
