TERMS OF SALE• Orders must be processed by LIJA in advance of quoted booking deadline to increase chances

of product availability. Any orders received after the quoted booking deadline will be processed subject to availability of remaining inventory in LIJA Available-to-Sell (ATS).

• LIJA Merchandise is cut-to-order. As such, all orders are deemed Final Sale and are not subject to cancellation, returns or refusals 30 days after the order confirmation is sent from LIJA or 30 days after booking deadline, whichever is earlier.

• Orders for immediate shipping are considered Final Sale when orders are placed.

• LIJA requires a minimum 21 day shipping window based on start ship and cancel dates. LIJA does not recognize “received by” and/or “in house by” dates.

PAYMENT TERMS• For expedited credit approval, LIJA accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express

which can be stored as part of your account information for future orders. Please call LIJA to set up your account accordingly. For your own security, please do not email or fax credit card information.

• Non-credit card orders are subject to credit approval by LIJA regardless of any prior credit approval. These orders are C.O.D. unless payment terms have been established with LIJA prior to shipping.

REFUSALS• Customers refusing merchandise that has been ordered will be responsible for the full cost of

goods including shipping to and from the LIJA warehouse.

FREIGHT TERMS• Ownership of goods passes to the customer at LIJA’s listed F.O.B. dock. LIJA’s responsibility is

limited to proof of delivery to carrier.

• Canadian Customers – All shipments are F.O.B. Richmond, B.C. Freight and insurance costs will be added accordingly.

• United States Customers – All shipments are F.O.B. Irvine, CA. Freight and insurance costs will be added accordingly.

• International Shipping (outside NA) - All shipments are F.O.B Irvine, C.A. Freight and insurance costs will be added accordingly.

• All orders will be shipped by prepaid best ground freight and charged to customer unless a collect freight account is provided by customer.

RETURNS• LIJA will only accept the return of product due to manufacturer defects or unauthorized

substitution of style, color or size if LIJA customer service is notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.

• Returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from LIJA Customer Service. This RMA number is valid for 14 days and must be affixed to the outside of the package containing the items being returned.

• Any items received without a valid RMA from LIJA Customer Service will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
