CAPABILITY STATEMENT Lime Systems-Bulk Storage Solutions Pty Ltd was registered as a business entity of the 2 nd July 2004 and commenced trading on the 22 nd March 2005, with the focus of the company operations being the handling and processing of all forms of lime products as well as the storage and recovery of dry powdered bulk materials. The principal of the Company has had 30 years experience across the broad spectrum of mineral processing materials handling and in July 1987 founded a successful Western Australian company to concentrate on the supply of lime handling and processing facilities to both local and international mining houses and engineering consultants. Under his direction equipment was designed and supplied to most states of Australia as well as major works carried out in Ghana, Tanzania, Iran, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, and Peru. Much of this work was obtained via major engineering consultancies based in Perth and other Australian capital cities. Clients included Kaiser Engineers, Bechtel Corp, BHP Engineering/Hatch, Signet Engineers, JR Engineering Services, Lycopodium Pty Ltd, Worley Minerals and Metals, Ausenco, Fluor Australia and Minproc/GRD Minproc, Parsons Brinkerhoff and Sedgman as well as direct supply to clients on numerous occasions. LIME SLAKING EXPERIENCE

In July 1987 Carey O’Keefe founded a Western Australian company which specialised in lime plants and during his 17 years as a director and 50% owner of that company it became the market leader in the supply of these facilities Australia wide. During that period Carey O’Keefe was personally involved in the design, manufacture, installation and on most occasions the commissioning of the following lime slaking facilities.

Lime Systems were the successful bidder for the design and supply of the following;

Welgard Services A fully self contained, transportable package comprising a 5.0 cubic metre mixing tank situated over a 10 cubic metre storage tank. Supplied with an operating and stand-by dosing pump and VVVF controller.

Panorama Nickel (formerly Sally Malay Nickel Mines) All mechanical components and design work for a Guar handling facility. This comprised the dosing screw, heated cone, Venturi eductor, wetting head, agitator and detail drawings to enable the client to construct the plant. Jubilee Nickel Mines Lake Johnson Operations Maggie Hays Upgrade. A facility to receive either “Finnfix” or Guar in one tonne bulk bags and create a solution in a 15 cubic metre mixing tank with transfer and storage in a 90 cubic metre tank. Dual dosing pumps, both with variable speed dosing. Western Areas – Cosmic Boy Upgrade All mechanical components and design work for a Guar handling facility. This comprised the dosing screw, heated cone, Venturi eductor, wetting head, agitator and detail drawings to enable the client to construct the plant. Iluka Resources – Jacinth Ambrosia Project. One of the largest flocculant facilities designed and constructed in Australia. Comprising a 100 tonne capacity silo with dual (parallel) pneumatic feed systems capable of delivering up to 600 kilograms per hour each and producing 240 cubic metres per hour of mixed polymer.

Sir Samuel NL Sinclair Nickel Mines The complete design and manufacture of the reagents area for the concentrating plant. This involved separate facilities for SMBS, Guar, Flocculant and Xanthate. A separate hydrated lime was also constructed as part of this contract.

GR Engineering Services Solomon Islands Gold A small portable mixing system capable of accepting either hydrated lime or soda Ash in multi-wall paper bags and mixing to a solution. Complete with dual solution dosing pumps with variable speed controller.

Premier Coal Collie-Western Australia Mine Acid Drainage Water treatment plant. The “Turn-key” design and supply of a Hydrated Lime storage silo, Milk of lime mixing system with pH controlled variable speed dosing pumps to aerated primary and secondary dosing tanks.

Aditya Birla – Nifty Copper Mine 150 T Quicklime silo with a 3 TPH packaged roller mill slaker, cyclone classification and a 150 cubic metre agitated storage tank. Turn-key design and supply including civil works, electrical and mechanical installation

RoadTek (Queensland) Turn-key design, supply and installation of a 1.4 TPH packaged roller ball mill slaker with classification to the client supplied agitated storage tank.

Lihir Gold – Papua New Guinea A receival station to accept and tip 20” ISO sea containers, a transfer system to a 200 T silo, and an 8 TPH packaged roller mounted ball mill with cyclone classification to the client agitated storage tank.

Sandfire Resources DeGrussa Copper Mine

300 T capacity silo, 1.5 TPH packaged roller mill slaker, 80 M3 agitated storage tank. Total reagents area including an SMBS and CMC bulk bag breaking, mixing and storage stations.

AngloGold Ashanti – Tropicana Gold Project 300 T capacity silo, 3.4 TPH packaged roller mill slaker, 100 M3 agitated storage tank.

All these projects were delivered on time and have operated successfully since commissioning.
