A staff member escorts the youth out of her cell and begins the normal process of recordkeeping and admitting her into the facility, including health and mental health assessments. Last movement - A staff member looks in the cell window while she is moving about in her bed. She appears to roll onto her left side, and the staff member leaves the window. The youth never changes position until discovered the following morning. For the next hour and 20 minutes cell video shows the youth changing positions in bed. A staff member opens the door and has a conversation with the youth. This is believed to be the last time staff spoke with her. A staff member provides a mattress pad to the youth. The youth is escorted back to her cell and given a bottle of water before the cell door is secured. The youth is given two bottles of water and her evening meal at the staff desk, where the process of recordkeeping and admission in the facility continues.
