e) This checklist instrument must be completed and accompany the SBAs as they flow from Examiner to the

Department then to Internal Moderator.

II.2 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST BY THE EXAMINER

a) The examiner must complete this checklist instrument for the Tasks and accompanying Tools set.

b) Please read the quality indicators/minimum standards under each criterion and accurately report on how

the Tasks and Tools comply.
