We are happy to invite you to par cipate in our training course Link It Right!. This infopackwill lead you throughout all necessary informa on you need to take part in every step ofthe project - how to get to the venue, details of your travel, program of the project and thelist of materials you should prepare.

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?

Link It Right! is the interna onal training course within the framework of Erasmus+Programme (Key Ac on 1). During the week we will try to help you to discover and describeso competences you were ge ng through all years of par cipa on in non-formaleduca on events rise their value for the future employer. Therefore the main aim of thetraining is to consolidate a non-formal learning as a method of discovering personal skillsand competences and assessing them with the employment opportuni es, what willhappen by:

discovering and assessing skills and abili es of par cipants with their possibili es of

employment empowering sta members of our organisa ons by de ning what skills andcompetences are developed in a youth work

present mobility opportuni es as a way to increase employability of young people.

As a summary of the training course each of us will prepare the European CV with a specialfocus on achievements and impact of non-formal educa on.

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS

Our target group are youth workers in the age of 18 - 30 years old. According to the rules ofErasmus+ programme there is no age limit for this training course few par cipants olderthan 30 years old can be accepted.

Every par cipant should have a basic knowledge of YiA/E+ programme and at least 2 yearsof experience in youth work. All par cipants shall be able to work and communicate in

English.Par cipant are obliged to ll in the Link It Right! PaX Pro le and send it [email protected] by 1st of November 2014. It is also a chance to include yoursugges ons in program designed for this mee ng.

Krakw is in many respects the most popular among polish ci es. The ancient seat of kings

and intelligentsia, Krakw comes steeped in legend and myth, and evokes the most fancifulof images, from dragons under the catacombs of Wawel, to Tartar hordes repelled at thegates, to pigeon-knights wai ng for their king to return. Krakws postcard-perfect Old Towncomes complete with Europes largest medieval market square and even a fairy-tale castleoverlooking the river. You will have a chance to discover it yourself.

We will be accommodated in Pensjonat na Wzgrzach. Venue is located outside the citycenter, but its easily accessible by the public transport.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

According to new Erasmus+ rules there is a x amount 275 EUR for travel of eachpar cipant. But we are obliged to keep your travel documents in the documenta on of theproject so you s ll need to bring us all the ckets/reserva ons.

That means, that your travel costs will be fully reimbursed up to 275 EUR, what is more thanenough to get to Poland from all par cipa ng countries therefore we expect thateverybody will get back 100% of the travel. If you spent less for your travel you will get

exactly the amount you spent. If you spent more, you will get 275 EUR.NOTE: Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full a endance of thetraining course.

Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your cketand receipt/invoice.

Before buying cket please send us your rrival Departure Info, a er checking ifeverything is okay we will give you the green light to book the cket. Deadline to send thisinforma on is1 st of November 2014.

Participant fee of 20 EUR is going to be deducted from the travel reimbursement.

EALTH INSURANCE

Health insurance is not provided by the organizers. All par cipants are required topurchase health insurance individually.

PREPARATION

You should bring with you to the training:

as one of the topic of the project is youth employability you should do a smallresearch about employment situa on in your country focus on most popularprofessions among youngsters, professions with the most vacancies, andcompetences which are the most valuable for employers

presenta on of you organisa on for the NGO Market presenta on should describe

aims and main ac vi es of your organisa on, you can also bring some brochures orposter to share with others. Every group will have a space of 10 minutes to present.

materials about your country as well as food and drinks for intercultural evening anything that you think will be useful for the training programme (books about

the topic, CDs, etc). laptop, tablet or any device which allows you to work with the internet;-) and lots of mo va on and smiles
