Link* Wallet(formerly Ping* Wallet)

References to Ping* Wallet and Link* Wallet may be interchanged in this document,they are the same.

This is my formal request of a refund per Kickstarter’s Terms of Use1. The kickstarter project Ping* Wallet2 is unable to fulfill the rewards for backers. They also do not show good faith in attempting to fulfill each reward by the initial estimated delivery dates nor have they been able to with projected delivery dates.

THE CARDS WERE SENT IN GOOD FAITH; ITS PURPOSE WAS TO SHOW YOU THAT WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOUR ORDERS. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVINIENCE THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED. Ping* Wallet misdirected backers, until this point the impression was only the app needed work.

The title of the update states shipping start[s] this month. Pictures of unfinished product was shown.

See item 7, the wallets were ready. Bad testing? Back to the drawing board 2 months later. Only the app was bad until this.

The battery drains too fast, product is not ready to ship. Wallet is broke again.

Current projected delivery is before Christmas. It’s been over a year since backing.

Is a creator legally obligated to fulfill the promises of their project?

Yes. Kickstarter's Terms of Use require creators to fulfill all rewards of their project orrefund any backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill. This information can serve as a basis for legal recourse if a creator doesn't fulfill their promises. We hope that backers will consider using this provision only in cases where they feel that a creator has not made a good faith effort to complete the project and fulfill.

Time's up guys.”

They agreed that time is up, and the backers are entitled to a refund.

Back to square one? China delays? Did they change manufactures? If new, how dowe know time line? If old, how do we still trust the 6 month previous delay?

The Estimated Delivery Date listed on each reward is not a promise to fulfill by that date, but is merely an estimate of when the Project Creator hopes to fulfill by.

Project Creators agree to make a good faith attempt to fulfill each reward by its Estimated Delivery Date.

Kickstarter does not offer refunds. A Project Creator is not required to grant a Backer’s request for a refund unless the Project Creator is unable or unwilling to fulfill the reward.

Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any Backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill.

Project Creators may cancel or refund a Backer’s pledge at any time and for any reason, and if they do so, are not required to fulfill the reward.
