Lions eat Elephants, zebras, buffalo, and other large animals.

Lions stay alive by going out and hunt and defend each other from danger.

They have prides that are groups of many lions. And they watch over each other.

What does our animal look like

lions have four legs, fur, they have gold eyes, they have canine teeth, tale, paws, noise, eyes main, claws,, tough black fur on the end of their tail, ears, and that is what the lion looks like.

• Females don’t have manes males do.• The lion is in the cat family. • The female lions have about six cubs

at a time.

• Males lions are larger than female lions.

How they hunt

• Their fur helps them blend in so that they can stay hidden in the grass while they stalk their prey.

• They army crawl and it takes about an hour for them to move to feet.

• Army crawl is when you get on your stomach and pull your self with your arms

How do they take care of their babies!

• They take care of their babies by hiding them from danger for several weeks.

• They lick their babies clean.

• They feed their babies milk.
