Sie suchen das Materialaus, ob edel oder farben-froh. Sie entscheiden sich in der Premium-Line für edle Metallhül-sen oder metallisierte Kunststoffe. Oder Siewählen aus den zahl-reichen Kunststoff-Varianten die Farben für Kappe und Fuß, die Ober�ächen, die Form. Wir produzieren in 16 ver -schiedenen Standard-farben mit polierter oder gefrosteter Ober�äche und zahlreichen dreidi-mensionalen Aufsätzen. Wir können aber auch jede individuelle Farbe und Aufsatz-Form her-stellen und nach Ihrem Wunsch veredeln � dafür sind wir Spezialist.

2 Material

You pick the materials used in the quality and colour you want. You canchoose from our pre-mium line of high-quality containers made from metal or metallised plas-tic. Or select the colours for the cap and base, the surface �nish and shape from the many different plastic options.

We manufacture in 16different standard colours with polished or frosted surface �nishes and numerous three-dimensional tops. But we can also manufac-ture any individual colourand shape of top and improve it to match your requirements. This is what we specialise in doing.

Wir setzen auch feine oder komplexe Motive um. Wir beraten Sie, welches Druckverfahren das geeignete für Ihr Motiv ist, ob mit Tam-pondruck oder rundum im Siebdruck, per Eti-kett, im neuen Heißprä-geverfahren oder mit Gravur. Und natürlich bieten wir Ihnen auch gra�sche Unterstützung bei den Layouts an.

3 Printing

We produce high-quali-ty and complex designs. We advise you on which printing process is rightfor your design: pad printing, all-round screen printing or label, whether to use the new hot stamping process or engraving. And of course we also offer graphic design support with layouts.

Our technology allows your imagination to be given free rein.

We can offer printed cardboard or blister packaging for lip balm sticks and tins to meet your requirements. Or we produce your speci�c concept of how the packaging should look so that a complete product comes out of your idea.

Lippenp�egeLippen haben eine sehr dünne Haut und verfü-gen über keine eigene Fettproduktion. So sind sie Umwelt- und Witte-rungsein�üssen ver-stärkt ausgesetzt und benötigen besonderen Schutz und P�ege. 800 Millionen verkaufte Lippenp�egestifte pro Jahr in Europa zeugen von einem hohen Bedarf an P�ege. Aber nur hochwertige Produkte sind in der Lage Lippen dauerhaft zu schützen.

Aufgrund unserer lang-jährigen Erfahrung als Experten für Lippenp�e-ge mit eigener Produkti-on in Deutschland, bie-ten wir ausschließlich geprüfte Rezepturen an, die höchsten Anforde-rungen genügen.

Unsere Rezepturen p�egen mit Bienen-und P�anzenwachsen und enthalten keine Konservierungsstoffe.Die Lippenp�ege »Planty« enthält keine mineralischen Öle und Wachse. Besonders hohe Ansprüche erfüllt »LipNature«. Diese streng kontrollierte Naturkosmetik wird gemäß den Richtlinien des anerkannten Sie-gels NATRUE hergestellt und als Biokosmetik eingestuft.

Rezepturen mit LSF 20, LSF 30 sowie »Cherry« und »Pearl & Shine« stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Mit unseren eigenen Abfüllanlagen sind wir auch in der Lage, Abfül-lungen mit individuellen Geschmacks- und Aromastoffen sowie Einfärbungen der Lippenp�egemasse nach Kundenwunsch vorzunehmen.

Lip careLips have a very thin skin and do not produce fat. This means they are affected more by the en-vironmental and weather conditions and therefore need special protection and care. 800 million lip balm sticks are sold in Europe every year, which shows just how great the need is for lip care. But only high-quality products are able to of-fer protection to lips over the long term.

Our many years� experi-ence as lip care experts with our own production facilities in Germany means we only offer tested formulas that meet the most stringent requirements.

Our compounds provide care using bees and veg-etable waxes and do not contain preservatives. »Planty« lip care has no mineral oils or wax. »Lip-Nature« meets especial-ly tough demands � it is a strictly controlled natu-ral cosmetic manufac-tured in accordance with guidelines issued by the recognised NATRUE seal and classi�ed as a bio-cosmetic product.

Compounds with SPF 20, SPF 30 and »Cherry« and »Pearl & Shine« are also available. Having our own �lling equipment means we can also add individual �avouring, aromas and colouring to lip care compounds as desired by customers.
