2001 – Lipochem founded in Malaysia

2002 – Lipochem’s first Methyl Ester plant in Malaysia

2003 – Lipochem’s first 1,000TPD Physical Refining Plant in Malaysia

2005 – Design & consultancy service for MPOB on biodiesel technology

- Washing efficiency is higher when the Cl content in CPO is high. - However, not all Cl can be washed out by water. - High Cl content can be reduced to <2ppm by washing process

Conclusion

• Lipochem has implemented 6 CPO Washing Plants and 1 new generation refinery (c/w 3MCPDE and GE mitigation facilities) in Malaysia

• Current status:-

- 2 CPO Washing Plants – successfully commissioned

- 4 CPO Washing Plants – ongoing

- 1 New Generation Refinery to be commissioned next

month
