Lisa Mancini is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for CSX Corporation, a premier transportation company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with 31,000 employees east of the Mississippi. A member of the chairman's executive management team, Ms. Mancini’s responsibility includes recruiting, training and compensation, as well as oversight of labor negotiations, procurement and contracts. Previously, Ms. Mancini was Vice President-Strategic Infrastructure Initiatives. In that role, she directed multi- departmental efforts to support infrastructure expansion throughout the 21,000-mile CSXT network and address growing needs for freight and passenger transportation. Prior to joining CSX, Ms. Mancini dedicated 20 years to managing large public agencies providing transportation and sanitation services in New York City, Philadelphia and San Francisco. Ms. Mancini earned a master's degree in City and Regional Planning and Public Policy from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia. She is married with two daughters and lives in Florida.
