Items Accepted
Electronic Waste with a Screen CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) Monitors, Televisions LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Monitors & Televisions LED (Light Emitting Diode) Monitors & Televisions Plasma Televisions Projection Televisions Laptop PCs/Tablet PCs DVD Players with 4’ Screen or Larger Computers, Servers & Components Desktop PCs Servers Network Equipment Main Frame Computers Telecom Equipment Circuit Boards Hard Drives PDA/Cellular Phones Power Supply Units Office Products Printers (Remove paper, toner & ink cartridges) Copiers (Remove paper, toner & ink cartridges) Fax Machines (Remove paper, toner & ink

Items Not Accepted
All Non-Electronic Waste: Items that do not have BOTH a circuit board and a power cord
Techno-Trash including: CD’s/DVD’s, VHS, Beta, Cassettes, DAT Tapes, Memory Sticks, & Floppy Discs
All Batteries: All batteries must be removed from consumer electronic devices. (CEAR will manage and recycle the batteries with a fee)
All Lamps and Fluorescent Light Bulbs, incandescent Light Bulbs, and Christmas Tree Lights (CEAR will manage and recycle the batteries with a fee)
Hazardous Household Waste: Paint, Pesticides, Used Oil, Cleaning Supplies, Propane Tanks, Fire Extinguishers, or Tires
Contaminated Electronic Waste such as medical equipment that has not been de-contaminated
Large Household Appliances: Microwave Ovens, Refrigerators, Washer and Dryers, Stoves, Ovens, Water Heaters, Air Conditioners, etc.
Household Items: Furniture, Cordless Power Tools, Toys, Smoke Detectors
All Mercury Containing Devices: Electric Irons, Thermostats, and Switches
All Wood, including wood-encased Stereo Speakers Pressurized Containers: Fire Extinguishers and
Propane Canisters Solar Panels Radioactive Devices Furniture **There will be a .15/lb fee for sorting all non acceptable items. Inquire with CEAR for fees regarding additional non accepted items. CEAR reserves the right to send back any non acceptable items at the customer’s expense** **Handlers who conduct any type of e-waste treatment (which can be as simple as cutting power cords off monitors) are subject to fines and or termination of event through the Department of Toxic Substance Control**

MAST has partnered with Sacramento Regional Conservation Corps (SRCC) to recycle all of the collected e-waste. SRCC is a CA State approved Collector of Electronic Waste. SRCC takes all the
material to CEAR who is a CA State approved Collector & Recycler of Electronic Waste. CEAR completely shreds all hard drives at their securely monitored facility. SRCC is proud to partner with
CEAR to continue to provide fundraiser opportunities and community outreach. For any questions or details regarding holding fundraisers please contact SRCC at (916)-386-8394 ext. 299 or
We will accept: monitors, televisions, desktop and notebook PCs, VCRs, stereo equipment, speakers, keyboards, mice, PDAs, digital cameras, zip drives, telephones, cell phones, printers, copiers, laser
and multifunction scanners and fax machines, small household appliances such as toasters, mixers & blenders, vacuum cleaners with the dust bag removed
We cannot accept: Large Household Appliances (i.e. refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)Furniture, microwaves, Hazardous Household Waste including batteries, solar panels, car batteries, paint,
pesticides, used oil, cleaning supplies, fluorescent light bulbs, water heaters, tires etc.
