4. This is a situation when a caller calls an office and wants to talk to an office head but he is not available and the one who receives the call is not the boss secretary so the listener offers the caller to talk to the boss secretary.
5. This situation is almost the same as (different from) the fourth expression (expression number 4). This might happen in an office when a caller wants to talk to the office manager but the manager is not there and the listener offers the caller to talk to his secretary.
Expression is used by the listener but in a formal or office situation which the caller is called an office phone but it is by an employ it is receive.
