Ogier's teams assist issuerswishing to list on both TheInternational Stock Exchange(TISE, formerly known as theChannel Islands SecuritiesExchange or CISE) and theCayman Islands Stock Exchange(CSX), where Ogier has been a fulllisting agent since 2004.
At the end of 2016 Ogier continuedto dominate listings on the TISE.
Ogier maintains its position as theleading sponsor with 593 securitieslisted on the CISE (a 26% marketshare).
Of the 502 new listings on the TISEduring 2016, 479 remained listedat 31 December 2016.
Of these, Ogier acted as sponsorto 123 securities.

Listing on the TISEThe International Stock Exchange(CISE) specialises in the listings ofspecialist securities includingEurobonds, structured debt,warrants, structured funds andSPVs.
The TISE offers a personalisedapproach and fast trackprocessing of listing applicationswithin a highly regulated andinnovative marketplace. Listingson the TISE have grown rapidlysince 1998.
343 securities were listed on theTISE in 2015. Investment funds,Real Estate Investment Trusts(REITs) and convertible bondswere among the securities listed.
Ogier acts as listing agent to moresecurities than any other firm andhas a market leading share of 26%of all securities listed andremaining listed (as of December2016).

Listing on the CSXThe Cayman Islands StockExchange (CSX) specialises in thelisting of mutual funds, hedgefunds, structured debt securities,Eurobonds, Islamic products,preferred shares, depositoryreceipts, derivative warrants andinternational equity.
The CSX has more than 3,000listings, including over 1,000listings of securitised debt andEurobonds.
Ogier has been a full listing agentof the CSX for a number of yearsand is a recognised leader in theindustry. The services we provideinclude helping with the initiallisting process and ensuring thatall continuing CSX obligations areobserved in respect of thoselistings.
Advantages to listing on theCSX include:UK HMRC recognised status underwhich UK resident investors canreceive interest and dividendpayments tax free; listing rulesthat are tailored to an institutionalinvestorbased market and are notbound by EU Directives; and astreamlined and costcompetitivelisting process.
