The Latinas in Tech Summit is an annual conference that brings together the most influential Latinas working in technology to celebrate our success stories, empower each other, and work on real change that impacts our community.

The Latinas in Tech has joined forces with Kapor Center for Social Impact and the Latino Community Foundation to host the LTX FEST across San Francisco and Oakland.

Latinas in Tech has been able to empower and accelerate the careers of Latina talent while working hand in hand with top tech companies in order to move the needle with increasing diversity in tech.

The organization began in Silicon Valley in 2014 and now has eight chapters, including Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Sacramento and Mexico City.
