• A sustainable operating model for integrated community transport services
• IT investment to facilitate the progressive move towards sub-regionally co-ordinated integrated transport
• 18 additional demand responsive buses
• Three “umbrella” hubs at Harrogate, Malton and Bentham to co-ordinate connectivity
• An increase of 354,000 bus journeys per annum in phase 1 by 2008/9
